Rooms are clean, nice lighting, nyc and clean bathroom with the basic amenties, good location, near market, food was fantastic, like home. Staff was nice, fine services, decent prices, can't have better stay.

I would like to thank the staff of hotel city Castle to make my stay comfortable and relax. Near to clock tower and bus stand. Hospitality of the hotel is excellent. Far from mall road and main market.

Overall it was a good stay. We used to stay in this hotel and this time we stayed in their newly constructed super deluxe rooms, which were good. View from the balconey was clear as there was no obstacle in between. Service was as usual fast and good. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Food this time was ok. We used to like their tea a lot, but this time it was ok. Rest, everythig was good. Indeed, it is one of the best budget hotel in Mussoorie.

Used it for a family stay. I was allotted a room on the ground floor. The bed furnishings were not clean, had to get them replaced. Once done, they were then sleepable. Now it comes to the bathroom, not at all good, below average and were old. The towels were more than damp, wet actually. When asked to replace it, they said its raining for a couple of days here, therefore all towels are like them only. Will not advice this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Only issue with the hotel is water shortage. It is at a decent distance from Mall road but the view from our room makes it worthwhile. Staff is friendly & cooperative. Rooms are good & have all necessary facilities.
